The tiers are not steps on a career ladder. They're four different conversations, each with its own price band, its own delivery shape, and its own trust threshold.

How to use it

As a buyer. Look at any AI offer and ask which tier it sits on. If the price doesn't match the trust the offer earns, walk away. A $5,000 retainer that hasn't proven Editor-tier competence is asking you to make four tiers of decisions at once.

As a builder. Don't pitch a Partner-tier retainer to someone still on Editor. Move them up one tier at a time. Each tier is its own trust transaction — paid in evidence, not in slides.

As a writer. Tag every article on this site to a tier. The fix you're describing only works if the reader is ready for it. A great Partner-tier post lands as overreach when the reader is still in Editor.

Solopreneurs don't buy AI. They buy less time spent on the thing that hurts.
